As an Assistant Restaurant General Manager (ARGM), you will be the “wingman” or “wingwoman” to the Restaurant General Manager (RGM). You’re an authentic brand ambassador who also loves our chicken and chips. Our ARGM’s come from diverse backgrounds, including supermarkets, pubs, high street retailers, and banks. You’ll be empowered to partner with your RGM to run your restaurant like you own it. We aim to deliver guest service that encourages guests to return, so we’re looking for leaders who can coach their teams well and foster a culture centered around guests.
