Job type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000

Contracted Hours: 45 hours

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

1. Supporting Performance: Assist in managing and elevating the restaurant’s performance.
2. Team Development: Coach, train, and inspire your team to greatness.
3. Achieving Excellence: Help hit KPIs to maintain our high standards.
4. Smooth Operations: Assist with weekly admin tasks to keep the restaurant running like clockwork.
5. Guest Experience: Ensure every guest has a memorable experience that keeps them coming back again and again.
