Job summary

KFC UK is seeking an Assistant restaurant general manager to lead daily operations, support the team, and drive guest experience. You’ll own the restaurant’s performance, the atmosphere, and the vibe that makes guests feel at home.

You’ll coach and motivate the crew, manage rosters and stock, hit KPIs, and ensure everything runs smoothly even when busy. If you’re ready to bring your leadership and your authentic self to a fast-paced team, this could be your next step.

About the role

Support the team, take charge of the day-to-day, and help hit those performance goals while ensuring your team doesn’t just meet expectations, but crushes them.
