Job summary

KFC UK is hiring an Assistant restaurant general manager to lead daily operations, drive performance, and coach a high‑performing team. You’ll own guest experience, manage rosters and stock, and ensure the restaurant runs smoothly while maintaining a welcoming environment for both guests and crew.

We’re looking for someone who can model leadership, support collaboration, and hit ambitious targets with a can‑do attitude to keep delivering great service and outcomes across shifts.

About the role

Support the team, take charge of the day-to-day, and help hit those performance goals while ensuring your team doesn’t just meet expectations, but crushes them. Own the operations, the atmosphere, and the guest experience, helping everything run smoothly and creating a place where both guests and the team feel right at home.
