The Role:

As a Junior Front of House Manager, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support coaching and developing your team, owning your shifts to drive performance.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is passionate about supporting their team and maintaining high standards
  • Is ready to run shifts, plan schedules, and coach on the go
  • Has an understanding of managing labor and rotas, and is eager to learn about financial performance
