The Role |

As a Junior Front of House Manager, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. Your responsibilities will include coaching and developing your team, supporting shift operations, and driving restaurant performance.

We are looking for someone who:

• is passionate about supporting and developing their team while maintaining high standards
• is prepared to run shifts, plan staffing, and coach on the go
• has an understanding of managing labor, rotas, and is eager to learn about financial performance
