The Role

As a Junior Front of House Manager, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support ongoing coaching and development, own your shifts, and drive individual and restaurant performance.

Requirements

• Passionate about supporting your team and maintaining high standards
• Ready to run shifts, plan staffing, and coach on the go
• Understanding of managing labor, rotas, and interested in learning about financial performance
• Able to recognize and celebrate great performance on shift
