The Role:

As a Junior Front of House Manager, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support continuous coaching and development, own your shifts to drive performance, and support your team to excel.

  • Is passionate about supporting and developing their team while maintaining high standards
  • Is ready to run shifts, plan staffing, and coach on the go
  • Understands managing labour and rotas, and is eager to learn about financial performance
