We are seeking a highly organised and proactive HR Resourcing Assistant to join the Schools HR Service team at Sandwell Council on a full-time temporary basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the resourcing requirements across our schools, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Your new role

As a Resource Specialist, you will support the creation and publishing of job adverts, prepare applications for hiring managers, set up interviews and send invites, issue conditional offer letters and contracts, and complete pre-employment checks.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate should have experience within a similar resourcing environment, specifically within schools/education, and possess strong communication, organisation, and multi-tasking skills.
