Job description

Job Scope:

We are seeking an Assistant Registered Manager to join our client, a well-established and growing domiciliary care provider in the North of England. The Assistant Registered Manager will play a vital role in supporting the Registered Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the service, delivering high-quality, person-centred care in line with CQC regulations.

As the Assistant Registered Manager, you will be responsible for supporting staff recruitment, training, and retention, conducting client visits, participating in assessments, and liaising with external professionals and family members. You'll also be involved in rota reviews, data sharing, and attending multi-disciplinary meetings to ensure safe and effective care delivery.

With ongoing investment and centralised support services in place, including HR, recruitment, and clinical teams, this opportunity offers excellent scope for career progression within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Do you have?

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within domiciliary/home care services
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of CQC regulations and compliance standards
  • Experience in staff supervision, rota planning, and service coordination
  • Ability to liaise confidently with families, Local Authorities, and healthcare professionals
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally for assessments and meetings
