Une entreprise générale régionale de premier plan recherche un Assistant Quantity Surveyor pour soutenir son équipe commerciale dans des projets de construction de routes dans le sud-ouest de l'Angleterre. Ce poste hybride offre un excellent taux journalier en dehors de l'IR35 et 6+ mois de contrat. Les candidats doivent avoir une formation en Quantity Surveying (HNC minimum) et une expérience en Highways ou en ingénierie civile.

FREELANCE ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR - SOUTH WEST / HOME WORKING - OUTSIDE IR35

Due to increased workload in the Highways sector in the South West of England, our client, a leading Regional Main Contractor, is seeking an Assistant QS to support their Commercial Team on Highway Construction schemes in the South West.

This role will support a Senior QS on projects around Gloucester and Worcester. It offers hybrid and home working options, with occasional site visits as needed.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Subcontract procurement & commercial management
2. Pricing compensation events
3. Preparing commercial reports

Requirements:

• Minimum HNC in Quantity Surveying
• Highways experience preferred, but solid Civil Engineering experience is also considered

This position offers an excellent day rate, is outside IR35, and is a 6+ month contract with significant flexibility for remote work.
