This position is working for a reputable social housing contractor in the North-West and surrounding areas. Group turnover stands at £200m and there's plenty of financial stability. They have a great reputation for client relationships with councils and housing associations which has spanned over 100 years.

Obtain and evaluate information to guarantee a realistic cost for the supply of works, goods, materials and services for designated Social Housing, tenanted, planned works refurbishments.
While liaising with contractors, suppliers and clients to ensure information, costs, profitability and value meet the requirements of designated project/contracts.
Covering contracts across the region, whic are typically planned refurbishment works of Tenanted Social Housing properties (typically covering all aspects of refurbishments to properties including Kitchens, bathrooms, doors and roofing replacements). Your role is to obtain and evaluate information to ensure a realistic cost for the supply of works, goods, materials, and services for designated Responsive & Refurbishment Projects. Whilst liaising with Contractors, Suppliers and Clients to ensure information, costs, profitability and value meet the requirements of designated project/contracts.
