About the Role

The site is located in Sudbury, Suffolk, requiring travel 2-3 days a week. This is a full-time, permanent role, typically 40 hours per week, with start times from 8 am to 5 pm, flexible by agreement.

Responsibilities
  • Support the line manager
  • Manage financial aspects of project sections
  • Assist team members to ensure successful project delivery
  • Maintain high standards of quality and service
  • Address issues early to promote resolution
  • Provide accurate, real-time reporting
  • Achieve project targets while maintaining relationships with clients and supply chain
  • Assist with subcontractor procurement, orders, and contract administration
  • Update and maintain tracking documents such as procurement schedules and warranty trackers
  • Ensure compliance with regional and company procedures regarding subcontractor payments
  • Understand main contract forms, amendments, and contract documents
