An award winning, London based developer of exceptional residential properties has an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis, based from their new offices in West London.

This modern, dynamic residential developer builds quality properties that reflect the aspirations of their residents, stimulate thriving communities and set a benchmark for modern living in the City of London. The company has been around for over 5 years and has already created a development pipeline worth over £2 billion. Their achievements have been recognized within the industry and they have won multiple awards, including newcomer of the year and the new homes awards.

They are extremely busy and as a result are looking to strengthen their commercial team by bringing in an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support the Project and Senior Quantity Surveyors. The role is office-based, with regular site visits as and when required. All of their projects are based within the M25. They are looking for hard-working, driven, and career-focused people that want to be a part of the business long term. This is a great opportunity to join a strong commercial team and work on some outstanding residential developments.

Assistant Quantity Surveyor:

• Ideally Degree qualified or other relevant construction qualification
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working for a reputable residential developer or main contractor
• Career-focused and driven
• Good commercial awareness
• Full UK drivers’ license
