Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Review and report weekly cost & value for projects, schemes, and liaise with operations
• Perform monthly contract forecasting
• Assist finance in compiling monthly payment applications
• Compile monthly CVR reports and review with Managers
• Manage Subcontract accounts from procurement to final account
• Handle subcontract management within projects, including payments and liabilities
• Attend contract progress meetings with clients as required
• Work collaboratively with the client
• Provide commercial assistance to operations

Quantity Surveyor requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a relevant qualification, or equivalent experience
• Experience working on groundworks, civil engineering, or residential projects
• Between 1-5+ years of experience in quantity surveying
• Team player with good communication skills at all levels

This position is suitable for an experienced Assistant QS seeking career progression or a well-established QS professional. Salaries depend on experience.
