About The Role
ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR - Permanent Opportunity
DIVISION: Building
LOCATION: London Region with travel

We’re looking for a degree qualified Assistant Quantity Surveyor / someone with excellent Commercial acumen and experience assisting and delivering commercially sound Building Projects.
You are going to be responsible for assisting with the detailed cost control and recovery of value on the project, whilst maintaining excellent relationships with our supply chain and sub-contractors on site.
It’s important that you’re well versed in the administration of NEC contracts.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in a similar position with a main contractor.
Degree in Quantity Surveying and a full driving licence is essential.
