Key Responsibilities:

  • Procuring and managing subcontractor packages

  • Measuring works and assisting with valuations and payments

  • Supporting the preparation of CVRs (cost value reconciliations) and monthly reports

  • Attending site meetings and working closely with site teams

  • Monitoring variations, identifying cost risks, and assisting with final accounts

  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company procedures

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within residential housebuilding or construction

  • HNC/HND or degree in Quantity Surveying or related field (or working towards it)

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills

  • Good understanding of construction processes and contracts

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and commercial software (e.g., COINS, Causeway, or similar)

  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across the region

  • A positive attitude, keen to learn and grow within a dynamic team

What's on Offer:

  • Competitive salary based on experience

  • Company car or car allowance

  • Bonus scheme

  • Pension and holiday entitlement

  • Ongoing training and career development

  • The chance to progress within a well-established, regional business with an excellent reputation
