What the role covers

GRAHAM is recruiting a graduate Assistant Quantity Surveyor for a permanent appointment with its Interior Fit-Out team in London. The role supports fit-out and refurbishment projects, working with commercial and delivery colleagues from pre-construction through completion.

Responsibilities include:

• assisting with procurement

• maintaining project records

The graduate will develop relationships with subcontractors and suppliers while learning about contracts and construction delivery. Structured training and mentoring accompany practical project responsibilities. The employer describes a two-year graduate programme with training directed towards a recognised professional qualification and chartership.

Applicants should have completed, or be expecting to complete, a degree covering quantity surveying, commercial management or another construction discipline.
