We're looking for a driven and detail-focused Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our high-performing commercial team. If you're eager to work on major industrial and built environment projects while developing your skills in a supportive, dynamic environment, this is your chance.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Supporting all commercial aspects of exciting construction projects from start to finish
  • Keeping on top of site records, photos, labour sheets, and project documentation

  • Helping with client valuations and external reporting
  • Collaborating with experienced professionals and mentoring junior staff

No two days will be the same. You'll work closely with experienced QS and site teams on real projects with real impact, not stuck behind a desk pushing paperwork.

What You Bring
  • A Bachelor's degree, HND, or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • Solid experience on industrial or built environment projects
  • Strong communication and reporting skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a sharp eye for detail

What's in It for You?
  • £35,000 - £45,000 per year (depending on experience)
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Loyalty leave scheme: up to 5 extra days over time
  • Pension: matched contributions up to 6%
  • Company Fuel Card
  • Mobile phone allowance
  • Private healthcare
  • Life insurance cover
Why Join Us?

We're not your typical construction company. We're growing fast, investing in our people, and pushing the boundaries on how construction should be done. You'll join a supportive team that values innovation, trust, and excellence, and you'll be given the tools and freedom to grow your career your way.
