Role: Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Location: Worthing and Sussex

Salary: Upto £40k + Negotiable Package plus benefits

Overview:

As the Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will support the Senior Surveyor and the wider commercial team on a number of exciting projects across Sussex. This is a fantastic opportunity to further progress your career, with the chance to work on a variety of different projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager
2. Administration of subcontract works packages
3. Assist in the production and issue of commercial notices, to both the Client and Subcontractors
4. Provide information to the commercial team

Requirements:

1. Experience working for a regional / national contractor as the Assistant Surveyor
2. Ability to use Microsoft Office and bespoke packages
3. Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines
4. Willingness to undertake training and development to further progress your career
5. Experience working on projects up to £4m, including Commercial, Residential, and various subcontract packages
