RSE is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join its Asset Management team on a permanent basis. You will help manage financial and commercial aspects across individual projects and larger frameworks, working with an established team.

The role involves updating costing reports, preparing activity schedules and bills of quantities, and handling payment applications. NEC experience and a UK driving license are advantageous.

Qualifications

• RICS recognised qualification or equivalent in Surveying, Construction, Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• Experience in NEC contracts would be beneficial.
• Good IT literacy with competency in Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Full UK Driving Licence

What Are We Looking For?

Some Of Your Key Duties Include
