Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Construction Economist Group is seeking a bright and enthusiastic Assistant Quantity Surveyor who would benefit from exposure to a diverse range of development projects, within a firm that prioritises professional and personal growth.

The Role

This role will suit a candidate with drive and ambition, who is eager to learn and grow within the construction industry. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for assisting with cost estimation, project budgeting, and financial reporting. Key responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in the preparation of tender documents
2. Conducting cost analysis
3. Preparing and maintaining project budgets
4. Assisting in the management of project costs
5. Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

1. A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
