Overview

Responsibilities
  • Support the lead Quantity Surveyor with daily financial control, reporting, and commercial performance management.
  • Assist with cash management, including applications, certifications, invoicing, and payments.
  • Contribute to preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports (CVRs).
  • Work on significant Decarbonisation and Retrofit projects, as well as planned maintenance schemes.
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of measurement and valuation.
  • Experience with budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Previous experience in social housing or similar environments.
  • Exposure to Decarbonisation or Retrofit work is a bonus, but not essential.
