The Role

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial team in managing costs and contracts across residential projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the preparation of cost estimates and tender documents
• Supporting the management of subcontractor relationships and payments
• Monitoring project budgets and ensuring cost control measures are in place
• Assisting with valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Providing general commercial support to the wider project team

The Person

We are looking for an ambitious individual who brings:

• A degree (or equivalent qualification) in Quantity Surveying or a related field
