InVision Group is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join its residential division in Norwich with approved remote working. The salary is up to £40,000 plus a package, and the role covers procurement, valuations, cost control and commercial reporting across East Anglia.

You will support the Residential Operations Manager and commercial team, developing your knowledge in procurement, variations and final accounts on new-build housing projects.

Formación

• Previous experience in an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or similar commercial role within the construction industry.
• Experience in residential construction, new-build housing or affordable housing would be advantageous.
• Understanding of subcontractor procurement, valuations, variations and cost control.
• Good commercial awareness and an understanding of construction contracts.
• Strong organisational, numerical and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a commercial team and manage competing priorities.
• A relevant Quantity Surveying qualification or working towards one would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Residential

Location: Norwich, Norfolk (Approved Remote Working)

Salary: Up to £40,000 + Package

We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the residential division of an established regional main contractor based in Norfolk.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with experience in residential construction or affordable housing to join an experienced commercial team, supporting the delivery of new-build housing developments across East Anglia.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Residential Operations Manager and wider commercial team, gaining valuable exposure to the commercial management of residential projects from procurement through to final account.

The Role

Salary & Package

• Basic Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
• Office based with approved remote working
• 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• Pension: 5% employer contribution, commencing after 3 months
• Life assurance and personal accident insurance after 3 months
• Company laptop and mobile phone
• Business mileage payable in accordance with company policy
• Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 5:00pm
