They currently enjoy a turnover of £40 million and operate within 3 key sectors: Leisure, Multi-rooms & Industrial Warehouse, with the majority of the schemes that they deliver being of a new build nature.
Having recently secured 2 New Build projects with a contract value of £15 million each, it is an ideal time for the client to strengthen their Commercial Team with the introduction of an Assistant Quantity Surveyor.

About You:

Experience of Commercially & Contractually managing a scheme up to the value of £5 million.
Previous experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
Reside within commutable distance of Northampton.
Experience of working within the Construction industry for a main contractor.
