Experience in refurb and new build projects is essential.
A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field is preferred.

Support the Commercial Manager in project delivery.
Assist in managing costs and budgets for projects.

I'm looking to speak with Assistant Quantity Surveyors with experience in refurb and or new build projects. Due to increased workload and a large project win, my client is looking to expand their commercial department, based out of their office in South Manchester.

This is a great opportunity to join a reputable and fast-expanding business. As you will be working closely with the Commercial Manager, this is also an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to develop and learn new skills and progress their career.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience, and my client also offers hybrid working.
