A well established Construction Consultancy who work mainly in the public and private residential sector, are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their well established and thriving team based near St Pauls Cathedral.

A multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy, who provide comprehensive services in Building Surveying, Cost Management and Project Management.

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be joining an organisation founded on the principle of employing the very best people in the industry. All of whom have been responsible for the successful delivery of many high profile projects in recent years.

About the role:

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will take on responsibility for numerous projects and work closely with the project teams throughout delivery. You will be responsible for projects ranging in value.

Your role will include :

• Prepare tendering documents
• Provide Contract Administration services.
• Provide support on management of project final accounts
• Support with life cycle costing

The role would ideally suit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor who is looking to push on with their career and become chartered through RICS.
