Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role with the opportunity for hybrid working for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor located in Belvedere. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control, updating construction management and procurement/stock software, cost management, visiting sites to monitor progress of works and cost reporting.

Qualifications

  • Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Math's & English GCSE’s
  • Experience in preparing Cost Report
  • Knowledge of quantity surveying principles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Willing to learn and develop new skills

Desirable but not essential:

Previous construction experience, ideally commercially based.
