Your role as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor will include:

1. Preparing monthly valuations and agreeing final accounts
2. Supporting month-end commercial reporting and cost control
3. Procuring materials and managing supplier relationships
4. Liaising with site teams to ensure commercial compliance
5. Building strong working relationships with operatives and clients

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will need:

1. Commercial experience within construction or civil engineering
2. Knowledge of JCT or NEC contracts
3. Ideally worked with or alongside Tier 1 main contractors
4. Based within a commutable distance of East or Central London
5. Full UK working rights
