Job description

Join us to apply for the Assistant Quantity Surveyor role at M Group Services Plant & Fleet Solutions.

This role is within our water and wastewater capital project delivery team, focusing on large-scale capital programmes to maintain water infrastructure resilience and environmental protection.

What will you be doing?

• Assisting the commercial team led by the Managing QS and reporting to the Senior QS.
• Supporting application for payment and providing backup for works completed to maintain cash flow.
• Assessing works by subcontractors and managing changes through early warning and variation processes.
• Communicating with operations and conducting site visits to understand ongoing works.

• Working towards or having a BSc in Quantity Surveying or similar qualification.
• Good organizational skills and effective communication.
• Construction or commercial experience is desirable but not essential.
