An emerging SME property consultant in London & South East is looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. This role supports independently won projects and the wider building consultancy team.

Projects Include:

• High-end residential projects in Chelsea, Hampstead, Mayfair, private estates in the Home Counties & Cotswolds
• Listed buildings, heavy refurbishments, and bespoke new build schemes, valued between £1-15m

Requirements:

• Quantity Surveying degree (RICS accredited & UK awarded) with up to 2 years UK cost consultancy experience
• Client management and strong communication skills
