You will join a thriving business working on transitional construction projects with a number of exciting developments in and around Herefordshire.

Despite challenging market conditions, the business has continued to grow by securing a strong pipeline of housing association work, providing long-term stability and consistent growth. With several new residential developments due to commence, they are now looking to strengthen their commercial team by appointing an additional Quantity Surveyor to support their expanding work.
In this role, you will take responsibility of residential projects from concept to completion. Duties include cost management, subcontractor procurement, valuations, variations, and ensuring projects are delivered within budget while working closely with site teams, clients, and subcontractors.
The ideal candidate will have strong JCT contract knowledge and experience pricing for residential projects. You will have strong communication and organisational skills and be motivated to develop your career.
