This role is ideal for a motivated individual with 1-2 years of experience in Quantity Surveying. Responsibilities include supporting project costs, liaising with teams and clients, and maintaining project documentation. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assist with procurement of subcontractors and materials.
  • Support in preparing valuations, cost reports, and final accounts.
  • Track and manage project costs and variations.
  • Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Help manage contracts and ensure compliance with terms.
  • Maintain project documentation and assist in reporting to the PM and QS.

This is an excellent opportunity for a young, driven Assistant Quantity Surveyor with 1 2 years experience who is eager to develop within the high-end residential sector.
