Job summary

Fortis Search in London is offering an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with 1–2 years consultancy experience. You’ll assist with cost planning, estimates and budget preparation, and support tender documentation and contract administration.

The role provides excellent APC support, mentoring, and continued professional development as you work toward RICS chartership, with a proactive, ambitious approach encouraged.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of consultancy experience required.
• BSc in Quantity Surveying or similar.
• Interest in progressing toward RICS chartership.
• Strong numerical, organisational and communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and clear ambition to progress.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cost planning, estimates and budgets.
• Support tender documentation, procurement and contract administration.
