As their Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will work alongside household names in construction like MACE, Skanska, Multiplex, and Laing O'Rourke on career-defining, high-profile projects across the South-East.

Responsibilities:

1. Work alongside the commercial and operations teams in Romford Office.
2. Assist the commercial manager on multiple high-profile projects.
3. Get involved in the full commercial lifecycle from tender to final accounts.

You will need:

1. Professional experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
2. Prior experience working on mid-to-large scale construction projects.
3. Prior experience working for SME Main Contractors or Sub-contractors.
4. Proven cost management abilities.
