Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Are you a Rail Assistant Quantity Surveyor with experience working on NEC contracts for Network Rail?

Have you worked on station AFA projects?

Location: Essex + hybrid working (3 days in office) with some occasional travel to London
Salary: £33,000 - £45,000 + £4200 car allowance

My client is a major civil engineering contractor with a huge presence in the infrastructure industry, and due to continued growth they are looking to add 2 Assistant Quantity Surveyor's to their team to work on 2 station AFA schemes in Essex. Both projects are valued at £7 million each, and involve the construction of lifts and footbridges to improve access to the tracks.

Requirements:
·Experience working with NEC contracts for Network Rail
·Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management or similar
·Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor on a rail project for a contractor, preferably station AFA's
·Preferred to have achieved/be working towards chartership
·CSCS and PTS preferred
