This role is within our developer services team. Our team connects water and wastewater services, installs lateral drains, and enables new developments to access vital water and wastewater services.

What will you be doing?

  • Working on our Thames Water Developer Services contract based out of Esher as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
  • Ensuring data accuracy and timeliness, assisting with the Pre-Qualification process through communication with third-party suppliers and the internal Supply Chain team.
  • Assisting with management, preparation, and distribution of subcontract tender enquiries, creating detailed subcontract AFP appraisals, and account management.
  • Liaising with internal Project Teams, customers (including the general public and Thames Water Utilities Ltd), and undertaking costing activities to support Quantity Surveyors.
  • Providing assistance to the Commercial Team with day-to-day commercial administration.
