About the Role

Working closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor and project teams, you ll assist in the commercial management of various housing contracts from reactive maintenance to planned works and refurbishments.

Responsibilities
  • Support in preparing and submitting valuations, variations, and final accounts.
  • Assist in cost tracking, budget monitoring, and financial reporting.
  • Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure accurate and timely information.
