Vanbrugh Group is recruiting on behalf of a well-established, fast-growing construction contractor working across public sector refurbishment projects clients include MOD, Metropolitan Police as well as high profile heritage organisations.

We re looking for a Quantity Surveyor who wants more than just another job. Whether you're newly qualified or already building experience, this is a chance to develop your skills, build your career, and be trusted with responsibility on projects up to GBP1.5M.

Key Responsibilities

Working closely with project and site teams on refurb and fit-out projects

Handling cost planning, procurement, valuations, and final accounts

Managing budgets and making sure everything runs profitably and smoothly

Building client relationships and being a confident, professional point of contact

Splitting your time between on-site, working from home, and the office flexible and balanced

Learning and growing through real project experience, not just sitting behind a desk

Requirements:

BSc in Quantity Surveying or similar (or working towards it)

Experience in construction or refurbishment projects or a strong understanding and desire to learn fast

Great with numbers, contracts, and attention to detail

Confident communicator you'll be dealing with teams, clients, and suppliers
