Role: Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Location: Brighton and Sussex

Salary: Upto 40k + Negotiable Package plus benefits

Overview:

As the Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will support the Senior Surveyor and the wider commercial team on a number of exciting projects across Sussex. This is a fantastic opportunity to further progress your career, with the chance to work on a variety of different projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager
  • Administration of subcontract works packages
  • Assist in the production and issue of commercial notices, to both the Client and Subcontractors
  • Provide information to the commercial team

Requirements:

  • Experience working for a regional / national contractor as the Assistant Surveyor
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office and bespoke packages
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads and can work to tight deadlines
  • Willingness to undertake training and development to further progress your career
  • Experience working on projects up to 20m
