ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR - PROPERTY DEVELOPER

LONDON - SALARY UP TO £48K

ABOUT:

• Property Developer based in North London
• Residential developments within the M25

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Procurement of trade packages within budget and timescales set.
• Management and control of subcontract variations within budget.
• Accurate and timely cost reporting including cash flows.
• Concise reporting on risks and opportunities.
• Logical and auditable preparation of relevant documentation for valuation, procurement and commercial administration.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

OFFERING:

• Salary up to £48,000 depending on experience.
• Car/Travel allowance of £4,500.
• The company offers hybrid working, 4 days office and 1 day home (flexibility required).
