Assistant Quantity Surveyor

A UK leading Property and Construction Consultancy are looking for a driven Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their sociable and close-knit Manchester based team.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor role

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects across a range of sectors including commercial, residential, heritage, retail, leisure, hospitality, health, science, education, and infrastructure.

Working on projects from inception to completion, the Assistant Quantity Surveyor will gain experience working on both pre and post cost management services.

This is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor who is keen to develop their expertise within a forward-thinking, supportive environment.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor should have:

1. Quantity Surveying Degree
2. 12+ months experience within a UK consultancy
3. Experience across the mentioned sectors would be ideal
4. Pre & post contract experience is beneficial but not essential
