Responsibilities Included
  1. Assisting in preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects based on available project information.
  2. Measuring and quantifying construction materials and works using standardised methods.
  3. Preparing and assisting with the preparation of tender documents, including Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and scope of works.
  4. Supporting the management of contracts by ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
  5. Attending and conducting regular site meetings and visits to ensure work is progressing as planned.

Skills and Attributes
  1. Strong skills in cost control, cost management, and cost reporting.
  2. Experience in BOQ creation and cost planning.
  3. Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools, such as Bluebeam.
  4. High level of understanding of Excel and strong analytical skills.
