The Role

As anAssistant Quantity Surveyor, youll support the project team in managing all aspects of cost and contract management throughout the construction lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the preparation of cost plans, estimates, and tender documents
  • Supporting the management of subcontractor packages and procurement
  • Monitoring project budgets, valuations, and cost reporting
  • Ensuring accurate and timely submissions of valuations and final accounts
  • Working closely with site and commercial teams to ensure project delivery within budget

  • Degree-qualified (or working towards) in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • Previous experience in a construction or surveying role (placement experience considered)
