Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE + Bonus + Car Allowance/Company Car + Package

Join a well-established and respected housebuilder with a strong reputation for delivering quality residential developments across the South. We are currently seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support our busy and growing Commercial Team based in Basingstoke.

The Role

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting Surveyors and Senior Surveyors in the financial management of residential development schemes. You will be involved in the day-to-day commercial administration of projects, assisting with:

Procurement of subcontract trades

Preparing cost estimates and pricing variations

Monitoring and controlling project budgets

Maintaining accurate records and reports

Supporting with valuations and final accounts
