Job Description
Assistant Quality Assurance Manager (Hybrid role) - working from our office at One Strawberry Lane, Newcastle Upon Tyne, and from home.
Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £28,000 to £35,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience) plus benefits including Health Cash Plan.
We are seeking an individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for process improvement, experienced in document management systems, business change, and conducting audits to maintain high quality standards. The successful candidate will support us in maintaining our ISO 9001 certification across our housing and development activities, ensuring statutory, regulatory, and quality compliance.
This role offers flexibility with a hybrid working pattern, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for career growth within a supportive team environment. A current driving license and access to a vehicle are desirable but not essential, as mileage will be reimbursed.
