Assistant Pub Manager – £30k Per Annum + Tips – Kingsbridge Area

Our client are seeking an experienced assistant manager, for its luxury pub/café, in the Kingsbridge area. The individually will ideally have experience in a managerial role in a pub/café/restaurant setting.

The Assistant Pub Manager’s main duties are to oversee the day to day front of house operations of the public house, taking the lead and deputising for the Pub Manager in their absence. You will thrive working within a fast paced F & B environment and be driven and motivated to go above and beyond for all customers and guests.

Assistant Pub Manager responsibilities to include;

• Assist the pub manager in the day-to-day running of the pub, ensuring smooth operations.
• Lead and motivate a fantastic team, providing training and support to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Managing stock control, ordering and ensuring all products are presented to the highest standard.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for guests.
• Assist with event planning and execution, creating a memorable experience for guests.
• Handling cash and card transactions, ensuring accurate till operation.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, creative, forward thinking and have a genuine passion for hospitality and F & B. The Assistant Pub Manager must have previous experience in a similar role, preferably at a hotel/restaurant setting, and be focused on providing a consistently high standard of customer service.
