Job summary

Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust seeks an enthusiastic Assistant Psychologist to join the Dragonfly Unit in Lowestoft. You will support psychologically-informed assessments, formulations and interventions under the supervision of a Consultant Clinical Psychologist, contributing to recovery-focused care for young people.

Qualifications

• A BPS-accredited degree in psychology.
• Experience in assistant psychologist role.
• Experience of quantitative research.
• Ability to communicate sensitive information to patients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Support psychological assessments, formulations and interventions under supervision of a Consultant Clinical Psychologist.
• Co-facilitate psychologically informed interventions and groups.
• Contribute to practice development and evaluation of new interventions.
• Assist with data collection, audits and reports.
