Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust (CWPT) invites applications for an enthusiastic Assistant Psychologist (MHTR Practitioner) to work within our Primary Mental Health Treatment Requirements Service, assessing suitability and delivering brief interventions under supervision.

In collaboration with the Integrated Non-custodial Service, this role supports people coming into contact with the criminal justice system, aiming to divert them from custody and reduce reoffending through

Qualifications

• Assess suitability and deliver brief interventions under supervision.
• Work within the Primary Mental Health Treatment Requirements service and Integrated Non-custodial Service.

Responsibilities

• Assess individuals referred under criminal justice treatment requirements.
• Provide brief psychological interventions as part of treatment planning.
• Operate under supervision of a Principal Clinical & Forensic Psychologist.
